Like motor vehicles, websites need to be maintained regularly so they’re there and working well when you need them. Our maintenance services are well worth your investment. The edits you may or may not use area a definite bonus!
Is hacking common? Are you just scaremongering?
You could liken an un-managed website to leaving your house unlocked. It might be alright, and maybe for a long time. But the chances of a break-in are there. If you value your home, you lock it. If you value your website, you manage it.
I want to DIY some things. Can you help?
We can! We’re happy to create easy instructional videos for you to show you how to do the tasks on your website that you’d like to attempt. We also provide you with a User Guide containing all your website particulars, including account credentials, making life easy!

Hosting refers to the ability to sit your website on a special computer – in effect, renting space. It’s inexpensive and some level of back up is usually provided. Hosting is not a person updating and monitoring your website, solving issues and keeping it safe and operational.
WordPress updates itself. Why do you have to?
WordPress can update itself, as can many Plugins. Often it all works beautifully, but sometimes it doesn’t. Incompatibilities occur , and something ‘breaks’, means something on your website doesn’t work. As we backup, we check all this so you’re 100% operational.
What happens after I pay?
We will be in contact promptly to schedule an ‘onboarding’ call, where we’ll get to know you and your goals and preferences. We’ll record your website particulars so we can get on with our job of securing and safekeeping your website.
My son/brother-in-law/mate is in IT.
One of the main issues we’ve helped clients with in the past is recovering and fixing their valuable business website that their person in IT was ‘looking after’. An IT person ‘gets’ websites, but unless it’s their main focus, they don’t generally attend to what is needed.

We are based in Brisbane and you will speak to business owners, Sonya or Tony. Our small, tight-knit and very experienced team includes our technical expert ‘family’ in the Philippines. We’ve worked together ‘forever’, have our services down-pat, and many long-term clients.
Can I really cancel any time?
We suggest you don’t come on board unless you’re open-minded and prepared to give our service a go for about 3 months or so. Else we’ll be wasting each others time. However, after you’ve given us a fair go, you are free to cancel your subscription.
